Graduate from medical faculty in St. Volodymyr University (1883). Established the study about chronic tuberculosis intoxication at children. Organized the first rheumatic clinic in the USSR. O.A. Kysil with his energetic public and organizational work in the field of children’s health care significantly assisted to improvement of quality in preventive and medical aid to children.
